• Invite any co-founder or decision-maker involved in the decision.

The goal of the call is to decide whether there is a strong funding route, what BidX would pursue, and whether you want BidX to do it.

By the end of the call, you should know:

• Whether there is a credible funding route and which part of your roadmap should form the project.

• The strongest Technical Concept (Narrative) and which programme BidX should pursue first.

• What funding level could make sense, and whether you want to move forward.
