Who Owns What: Your IP vs. BidX's Templates and Methodology

It's natural to want clarity on ownership before you share confidential business information with us. Here's the general position:

- Your background IP, your product, technology, and business information, remains yours. We don't acquire rights to it by working with you.

- The final, customer-specific wording of your application belongs to you once your fees are paid in full.

- BidX retains ownership of our own general methodology, templates, prompts, and know-how used to produce your application, this is what lets us keep improving our service across all clients, but it's never your identifiable content.

- We do not reuse your confidential technical architecture, unpublished inventions, or commercial strategy for another client's application.

If IP ownership is a particular concern for your project (for example, if you have pending patent applications), flag this at kick-off so we can address it specifically.
