Comparing BidX Packages: 1, 2, or 3 Applications — What's Included

BidX offers three package sizes, based on how many grant-writer-led applications you want to pursue. Every package includes the same core service standards — the only thing that changes is how many applications are included up front.

Your options:

- 1 Application: £7,500 + VAT. One grant-writer-led application, with the grant chosen together with your account team.

- 2 Applications: £12,500 + VAT (£6,250 per application). Two grant-writer-led applications. Because you have two attempts, the outcome of your first application doesn't have to end your strategy — we can adjust your approach for the second based on what we learn.

- 3 Applications (Recommended): £15,000 + VAT (£5,000 per application). Three grant-writer-led applications, with a strategy that spans all three. Feedback from earlier applications is used to strengthen the ones that follow.

What's included in every package, regardless of size:

- A 12-month service period.

- Two rounds of revision per application.

- The option to add further applications at any time for £5,000 each.

Success fee: a flat 2.5% applies across all packages, and only on grant funding you actually receive, if no grant cash is received, no success fee is charged.

Changed your mind after signing up? If you'd like to move to a larger package, you can upgrade within 30 days of your original purchase, and every pound you've already paid is credited against the new package, you won't pay twice for the same application.
