Understanding the Delivery Pipeline: What Each Stage Means

Your application moves through a series of clear stages so you always know where things stand. Here's what each one means:

- Kick-off Booked/Completed – your discovery call has been scheduled or completed, and we've gathered the details needed to identify your funding route.

- Technical Angle Shared – we've sent you our recommended technical/innovation positioning for your project, for your review and approval.

- Draft in Progress / First Draft Ready – your Grant Writer is producing (or has completed) your first full application draft.

- Shared with Client – the draft is with you for review and feedback.

- Feedback Received / Final Application Shared – your comments have been incorporated and a final version has been sent for your sign-off.

- Submitted / Awaiting Decision – the application has been submitted to the funding body and is under review.

- Resubmission (if applicable) – if the outcome allows for a resubmission, we'll agree a revised plan and timeline with you.

You can check your current stage at any time from your dashboard. If a stage hasn't moved in longer than expected, reach out and we'll give you a status update and a firm next date.
