Who Is Responsible for Submitting Your Application?

This is one of the most important things to understand about working with BidX: you, as the applicant company, are responsible for the final submission of your application to the funding body's portal.

What BidX does:

- Prepares your application content and guides you on what the funder's portal requires.

- Where included in your package, helps populate portal fields.

- Reminds you of upcoming deadlines.

What you're responsible for:

- Creating your account with the funding body (where required) and providing any registration details only you can supply.

- Reviewing and giving final approval of the application content.

- Clicking submit, within the funder's stated deadline.

Because portal registration and declarations can take longer than expected, we recommend getting access to the funder's portal as early as possible in your process, ask your Grant Writer if you're unsure when to start this.
