What Happens If a Deadline Is at Risk

If at any point it looks like a submission deadline may be missed, whether due to a delay on our side, a delay on yours, or a change to the funding call itself, you will be told as soon as this becomes clear, not left to find out after the fact.
You'll be given:
- A clear explanation of the reason for the risk.
- A revised realistic date wherever possible.
- Guidance on what, if anything, is needed from you to get back on track.
If you're ever concerned that your deadline is at risk and haven't heard from us, please contact your Grant Writer or support@bidx.ai directly, don't wait for the deadline to pass.
